Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are critical to maintaining professional knowledge as a National Certified Guardians. CEUs include time spent learning about topics related to guardianship, health, mental health, disabilities, ethics and supported decision making. CEUs DO NOT include time spent in an employment and/or volunteer position. CEUs are measured in hours (1 hour of learning = 1 hour of CEU).
CEUs can be received for conferences, seminars, training, webinars, and presentations. For more information regarding CEUs to maintain certification, visit Center for Guardianship Certification.
